The above online journal publishes papers that meet the needs and intellectual interests of its audiences. However, please remember that the editorial policy is always under review. Technical correctness is a necessary, but is not the only condition for acceptance. Clarity of exposition and potential interest of the readers are important considerations; it is the reader, not the author, who must receive the benefit of the doubt.
The Editorial Policy will be reviewed and updated periodically by the editor, the International Editorial (IEB) and International Domain Expert Boards (IDEB) and it will be approved by the International Advisory Board (IAB) of the Journal. Policy per items will be prepared by an editor and send them to the IEB and IDEB members for feedback and updates. Editor must obtain approval from IAB.
